My stay at the hotel was really pleasant. The rooms had a real old world charm, which made them super comfortable for us as weary travelers. They were nice and clean, although a bit small, including the shower. The service was extraordinary, with staff going above and beyond to assist us in organizing tours and being exceptionally competent in handling unexpected situations. The location was lovely, a bit outside the busy area, offering great views of the laguna. The dining experience was average, but the late-night check-in service was very accommodating. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor cons.
